Individual sessions are personalised to support emotional wellbeing, creativity, and self-awareness. Through artmaking—whether it's drawing, painting, collage, or clay—you’re supported to express what might feel difficult to put into words.
Sessions are grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, and open to all ages and abilities.
You don’t need to be “good at art” — just open to the process.
